1. General

By purchasing goods from bøøt you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the terms described below. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.

2. Pricing

All prices are clearly displayed on the website. If, however a product is priced incorrectly, you will be informed on the correct price before proceeding with the contract. All prices are displayed in European Euro, including tax and excluding delivery costs. In case pricing between order date and delivery date has been changed, the price of order date is valid for the agreement.

3. Offer

All images, specifications and other information (on the website, by e-mail, verbal, by telephone) about the products are an indication. bøøt does not guarantee that the displayed colours are represent the real colours of the products. Deviations are initially no motive for compensation and/or ending the agreement.

4. Delivery

The product(s) will be delivered to the address you specified in the order form. Please only supply us with a physical shipping address as we cannot ship internationally to a PO Box. bøøt aims to deliver the product(s) by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will do our best to notify you to arrange an alternative time. Please note that if your item is held for custom clearance procedures, there may be delays beyond original delivery estimates.

For deliveries outside a European Member State, depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. bøøt will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. 

5. Returns / cancellation

You have the right to return purchased product(s) within 14 days after they have been delivered. You are able to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must do so in writing by email at info@bøøt.com. If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery (unless they are faulty or damaged). The delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging. Returning cost is on customers’ own account.

Please note, customised products can not be refunded. If you want to cancel the production, please contact us on time.

6. Risk and Ownership

You will only own the product(s) once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Risk on damage or loss of the product(s) will transfer to you after delivery.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damage caused by use of the product. We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All material, images, text, and other information remains the property of bøøt. This cannot be used without our permission.

9. Privacy

Please read our customer privacy policy, which explains how we will not pass on your details to any third party.

10. Disputes

These terms will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by Dutch Courts.

11. Disclaimer

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. No rights or guarantees can be derived from information displayed on our website.
